Moran is an experienced startup scout and investor, as the founder and managing partner of the first startup accelerator in Israel. She’s also a seasoned C-level executive with a diverse background in global management, marketing and operations, focused on media and cybersecurity.

She's been fortunate to serve as a scout for some exciting early-stage investments. These experiences have sharpened her ability to identify promising opportunities in the tech ecosystem.

With many years in the hi-tech industry, she also possesses expertise in building IT, PMO, professional services, pre-sales, growth and marketing departments, and has specialized knowledge in security, storage and media.

Moran's extensive network within the technology, startup and investor communities, combined with her background in law (LLB), specializing in privacy and technology, further enhances her capabilities.
